Beautiful story about young students and a teacher who teaches them to think on their own and helps them to figure themselfs out. The movie touches upon such topics as dangers of conformity and how difficult it is to maintain your ideas when surrounding people or society disregard them. To this day relevant and emotional movie.

Is a possibility to start your life over after your face was mutilated worth another person's life? A doctor crashes a car with his daughter and her face is left completely mutilated. Feeling guilty he searches for other women to give her daughter a new face so she can look at herself without disgust and repulsion again. Imagine the horror of having to wear another person's skin for the rest of your life. Could you feel like yourself if you had to wear the skin of someone else?
Beautiful cinematography, eerie atmosphere, thrilling concept.

A movie with a great and dreamy aesthetic even though it barely has any plot or resolution in the end. One of the "show, don't tell" type of movies, that focus on depiction of the discussed subjects instead of uncovering them through story telling. Great depiction of loneliness and disconnection from the world and people around you. Difficult to understand on the first watch. When watching this movie don't think about the story as think about what the movie is trying to show you.

Chill and funny movie with Jim Carrey that jokes about such serious topics as unrighteous accusations and lying lawyers and the hipocrisy of humanity in general. Good movie to choose to watch if you're not in the mood for watching something more serious although it's not that shallow and the ending is pretty heartwarming because the main character improves as a person towards the end.
