This movie was recommended by one of the guest lecturers in MIT’s Poker Theory and Analytics online course on YouTube.
In between 3.5 and 4 but i’ll give this movie benefit of the doubt bc it’s so old. I think I’m too young to fully appreciate this movie. The acting was great and the underlying message is quite powerful. My brain being used to all these 2000s-2020s movies had me wanting a little bit more in terms of plot and character-character relationships in this one but nonetheless interesting film and I recommend it

The goat did it again. Like Damon said when he comes calling you don’t say no - cast is unreal. What an amazing story and I’m glad this was made because this is something you would never learn anywhere else. I thought all the trial scenes at the end were too much and the volume was too intense at points (i guess that’s what you get with a movie about a bomb). Aside from that I have no complaints, didn’t even feel 3 hours long. Should be a contender for best picture and cinematography, with Murphy and RDJ contending for their respective awards
