I'm kind of glad this cross-over style of movie exists in a live-action format for people who like this sort of stuff. Watts makes the past attempts at the franchise over the last two decades look like they were cleverly planned all along. The performances from Dafoe and Garfield were good. That's where the good elements of the film stop.

Maybe Deadpool can find a multiverse where I enjoy this film...
Aggressively mid to poor in most aspects. Some plot ideas were decent but I found the execution, stuffed with pop culture references, to be a bit of a mess.
Having a sizeable amount of time in a setting heavily influenced by Mad Max makes it difficult to watch this dance on the grave of Furiosa's box office and creativity.
