I mean I knew this movie was gonna be shit. Stephen King wrote the original short story but jeez this was just ass. It was somewhat funny I suppose but it just lacked substance and did not hit at all. The CGI gore too was just absolutely all over the place.

This is honestly one of those wacky teen plots that are cooked af but has its own charm. Despite it having it's rocky start the film is able to have a happy ending as Matt & Nicole accomplished the goal that started from the beginning of the film despite it taking quite some time due to her unfaithfulness and Matt's desire to get even.

X-Men: Apocalypse 2016
Honestly overhated. I enjoyed this film thoroughly. Throughout the movie I found myself just enjoying the hype moments. That quicksilver scene was insane. I will say the pacing could have been better and things like how storm was produced was eh but I just found myself into this title pretty well and thought the A plot was solid. And that Moire MacTaggart scene just tugged my heart all sorts of ways. As usual Jennifer had me in a chokehold and Sophie def was putting in work.
