This was an absolute fever dream of a film. I have had nightmares that made more sense than this, and I am genuinely so confused as to what I just watched. A little girl ends up trapped in the spirit world and things go utterly insane from there. She pulled a bicycle out of a slimeball and it turned into a flying skull-faced centipede that spews gold. Knives Out 2019
A really fun version of a typical murder mystery. It is rare to have a mystery where you learn the answer halfway through the film, but that didn't make watching any less entertaining nor prevent a twist at the end. Ransom was a treat to watch, and the only thing I don't understand about the film is what on God's green earth Daniel Craig's accent is meant to be.

Slumdog Millionaire 2008
The main character is the most pathetic man I've ever seen, and his behaviour is frankly concerning. He is completely obsessed with a woman, to the point of following her around his entire life. Despite her repeated attempts to clearly and explicitly tell him no and ask him to leave her alone, he follows her across cities and even turns up at her work. Plain creepy behaviour, and I gave up on the film part of the way through.
