I rly wanted to like this movie bc of the themes of existentialism, facing death, and planetary collisions. But it's all too slow, and too drawn out like a philosopher's thesis. My attention couldn't be captured by the film and I find myself spacing out often (no pun!).
That being said, the movie was beautifully shot and i probably would feel differently if i had first seen this on the big screen.
Worse than its predecessor, and the only saving grace is Carrie Fisher and the phenom acting. I'm now more convinced it truly is related to the pacing...
