I picked this up in a double feature with the first. While I enjoyed the first. The second is so ungodly boring. I'm stunned. It opens as if throwing you into the middle of a story midchapter and doesn't really introduce as strongly the viewer to the characters. Creepy Scarecrow, but it just couldn't keep my attention, I'm sorry, but this one gets a low from me.

Renfield gives person a thing. Person does thing. Person shows thing to other persons. Alot of people say words. Words that may mean something if you're capable of paying attention to them. Then there's alot of human bodies grabbing eachother or running through the woods. The best part of this film is that it's only about 90 minutes. Watch if you're morbidly curious. Otherwise maybe not.
This is a film that you talk about long after the credits roll. The implications, the meaning, the scares, the experience of it. It's just... something to be shared with others.
John Cusack brings his A game to this movie and does not disappoint, which is a good thing because you're with him for thee whole film just about.
