  Nothing's better than watching Godzilla be an absolute menace and not the superhero that he is in the new franchise.
  He is not meant to save us from some alien monsters that is bringing extinction, he is there to show us how we brought this extinction upon ourselves.

  The kind of movie I appreciate but didn't fully enjoy.

  Really liked all the analysis videos and subreddits I watched after this movie but I didn't really understand it as I watched it. I feel like that can be said for most people. Wouldn't have it any other way. I don't want directors to dumb down their movies, sometimes it's just gonna be that way. Although, I did hear that the directors cut does a better job of explaining things. Looking forward to the rewatch so that I can enjoy it as I watch it,
