Outside of Oliver Platt, I don’t think any of the Musketeers have a desire to be in this movie. Not that I blame them.

Saturday Night 2024
While the introduction of characters often feels as clunky as, well, SNL, the ticking clock aspect and foundational performances (special shout to Morris) elevate this feature.

Paddington in Peru 2024
#3 - time for Paddington to shirk his adoptive home of England and travel, with Browns in tow, to deepest, darkest Peru. In this installment, new helmer Dougal Wilson broadens the plot to feature more action and adventure. Unfortunately, the standard whimsical nature of the previous films is sacrificed. Peru presents fun challenges for the wee bear and Browns, but loses the charm that made Paddington so appealing.
Olivia Colman is just perfect. Never thought I’d want less Antonio Banderas, but his scenery-chewing addition grows tiresome quickly. Fortunately, the post-credit cameo is like a B-12 shot!
