  A great movie if you love American empire and haven’t seen The Wind Rises.

  If you have seen The Wind Rises, it reduces into two possible interpretations - a searing, masterful indictment of the combination of moral vacuousness and self-serving ambition at the heart of America's techno-hegemony. This might be giving Nolan too much credit, although that is tradition at this point.

  Or, it's just a much worse version of The Wind Rises.
