This movie is insane and could never be made today. The image of toons and people living together is not the craziest part, not in the slightest.

Funny, yes. Violent, absolutely! A breath of fresh air for superhero movies? Well, kinda. Most jokes work, Reynolds is having a blast and the songs are great. What could have been a cool gangster movie, has been buried under arrogant mumbo jumbo, an incoherent and needlessly confusing plot and pointless pancartes/quotes that Guy Ritchie makes us read and hear multiple times.
