nothing in my review takes anything away from this being an important film. but to evaluate the film from a filmmaking perspective:
1) too much narration instead of storytelling. thought the best moments were the 18 month old and parents; and the looting cos there was less narration. think cinema should show more instead of tell even if documentary
2) too much sound. obscured the real sounds of ppl and war at times. and because there was so much sound…
