We all like to look back at these movies with nostalgia and appreciation for their camp, and while this movie certainly has plenty of camp to spare, it is also not campy enough to make sitting through the world's most boring romance plot worth it.

Mislim, sam izbor da se film, koji je manje-više spoj elemenata starih epskih pesama i Mad Max-a, prezentuje baš kao pesma na guslama koju peva slepi guslar (insert DiCaprio pointing) je, po bilo kojim standardima, genijalan.
Uz domaće elemente, tačno se može videti i uticaj stranih filmova/režisera, i drago mi je da ih se film ne stidi.
