Arguably the greatest movie experience of my life.
I was fortunate to see this at the Angelika East Village location in 70mm, with that scale in that theater, it was nothing short of epic.
Visually and auditorily striking, grand soundtrack, unbelievable direction, and career performances by both Adrien Brody and Guy Pearce created a cohesive and beautifully thematic movie on the Jewish Identity in the modern world, and the consummation of that identity.
This will be an experience I will look back on fondly.
