Some of the shots in the first half hour are some of the most beautiful I've seen in a movie and pure Americana. The film progresses rather slowly but the two peep show scenes are seriously some of the best crafted I've ever seen.

The Brutalist 2024
Great performance by Adrien Brody but that’s the only reason to watch. Too long for a story that’s not even true. Stylistically confused. Poor sound mixing. Poor scoring - the height of the drama as written was hardly ever accentuated by a dramatic score and left the viewer disappointed. Moreover, much of the movie was just a montage and left no space for viewers to appreciate what should’ve been dramatic moments.
