  An extra half a star for the memory of being terrified by the vhs box art at the video store in the 80s. Dolls was talked about in hushed tones between children at my school as a possible gateway to Hell. Long before I saw a horror movie I saw the box art for Dolls. What I pictured in my head was so much more severe and evil than the whimsical and oddly gentle little movie it is.
