Come Sunday 2018
Probably not everybody's cup of tea, but this was a heavy hitter for me personally. I strongly identified with Carlton Pearson's crisis of faith, and admire his bravery and integrity in how he handled it. The drama, grief, loss, and everything about this film felt accurate with feelings I have felt. This movie brought me to tears multiple times.

I can remember Amelia's face all over everywhere seemingly as a young teenager and always saw the movie at the video store but somehow never saw this. Finally got to see it. So fun, funny, beautiful, and artfully made. It's something I will want to come back to rewatch throughout the rest of my life.
