I have to agree with the criticizm regarding the film's color, but I respect the vision. The saturation didn't really make me enjoy the film any less; it's just regrettable that it could've been more mesmerizing. We're talking about Oz, after all.

zzzzz i feel so tired and sleepy from rolling my eyes too much. the reviews i've seen of it were decent—good, even. the concept was elevated and not your typical apocalyptic outbreak narrative. the visuals from clips i've seen seemed promising as well. that said, i didn't expect it to be straight up gore porn.
that pacing was the tipping point for me. i was so invested and horrified when it came off strong, and then... oh! it just... continues…
