  I like Sean Baker, he may be my favorite director working nowadays, how he talk of the people that can’t talk about themselves and giving them voice.

  And with Anora this is very clearly, we can see  through the process of manipulation she suffered, and when the movie gets to the end, we can feel it.

  I’ll think about this film for a long time, i really love it, a cinderella story with Russians.

  And btw mikey madison was huge, that oscar should have his name on it, any other winner is a lie.

  Breathless 1960

  “To become inmortal, and then die.”

  Watching this film, I couldn’t stop thinking that the dialogues felt like poetry. There are scenes (like the one in the room) that leave you wondering whether Patricia truly loves Michel. The discovery at the end is excellent because it sets up the plot to reach that exact moment and allows you to fully appreciate it.
