After creating a zany, over-the-top action gorefest with The Seventh Curse. Lam Ngai Choi decided to make a more grounded rape/revenge film with Her Vengeance. An unflinching and brutally disturbing tale of a woman seeking vengeance on a gang of crooks who raped her and killed her father.
