genuinely u gotta watch the version with the richard einhorn score
this film reaches artistic heights in every aspect, its the most faithful adaptation of her trial, the set designed to be from her perspective, faconetti's performance is transcendental, the abiding parallels to the crucifixion of christ
and einhorn's score is largely made of writings of historic catholic disciples and saints and poets, translated to latin, and made into an utter masterpiece

Good morality play, love the simplicity and the accurate portrayal of rich people's complete lack of empathy for anyone who they see as lesser or inconsequential. Still I think rich British pieces of shit could have suffered a lot more in the story but it was still good
