Rest in Peace to my hero and the man who got me into films. I know we’re all very sad about his passing but let’s relish in and cherish all the beautiful work he created in his brilliant career and take the bad with the good. Dying is just apart of living even though I sure it wasn’t. Rest in peace David Lynch🌹🕊️💕

forgot that i watched this like a week ago. easily Linklater’s worst. idk what possessed him to make something so lifeless and forgettable but i still love the man. he’s done more for independent filmmaking than almost anyone.

for those who don’t know, i love skateboarding and have since i was 14. i first saw Baker 3 at about that age and it changed my life. i wouldn’t be the person i am today if it weren’t for this skate video. going out and skating with the homies, stacking clips, smoking blunts. that’s what life is all about.

btw my favorites of the bunch are Jim Greco, Antwuan Dixon and Neen Williams. (also Reynolds)

Power over spice is power over all.

Let me just start by saying Florence Pugh is an absolute queen and I would go to battle for her. Now, idk what to even write about this. There’s nothing my dumb, yappin ass can say that will do this beautiful work of art justice but I will say this, go fucking see it immediately.

Also, lol at whoever said Butler’s performance was as good as Heath in TDK. He was incredible but the guys only in the film for 30 minutes max. Would liked to have seen more screen time from him.

I knew Christopher Nolan had something special in store for us but let me just say: Holy. Fucking. Shit. This is not only Nolan’s best but one of the best films of the past 20 years. The performances are all phenomenal especially from Cillian Murphy, Benny Safdie and Emily Blunt but the real force driving this film is the storytelling. We know what’s going to happen yet there’s a nerve racking tension that locks you in and doesn’t let you out for 3 hours. I should sit on this for a while but I just can’t. The brilliance of Oppenheimer cannot be overstated.
