Slightly unsettling but beautiful. Great cinematography and a welcome change of pace from other films I’ve watched. Emma Stone knocks it out of the park, as usual. Don’t watch this movie with your parents though, it’s rated R for a reason

Visually upgrading an already dazzling first film, this movie franchise continues to push animation and the concept of the spiderverse further to the limits in spectacular fashion. This film juggles heavy levels of universe and multiverse building without losing the heart of the story. I was completely invested in the film for almost all of the run time, something only interrupted by other patrons crossing to their seats.
