  This movie could have easily been another generic action movie with bad writing, no motive, bad writing and dialog, and nothing interesting happening. Somehow this movie was the opposite, the writing was perfect for the cast and it was very fun and interesting. It twisted the generic genre and had fun with it. Have a feeling I’ll watch this a lot. The comedy was great, subtle, and smart, the action was intense and different, the acting felt real and made you care about the characters. Had a great time will watch a bunch

  Fun idea, funny moments, missed the mark on the conflict of the movie- felt like a studio stepped in to make it more appealing to an audience and lost the charm but still had fun and touched on interesting concepts.

  The Dark Tower 2017

  Not a bad story, found it rather enjoyable with some cool shots and action sequences but on the other hand cgi wasn't great along with some of the acting (with the acception of Mathew mcconaughey which was surprisingly good). Yeah pretty much it wasn't a bad watch and I could see myself revisiting within the next year or so the only major problem I had was the ending (no spoilers) but it seemed like they gave up with the last 5 minutes or so.
