just because a film is shocking and repulsive doesn’t make it good/important art. i’m tired of interesting concepts like these being bogged down by gratuitous violence and excessive nudity. wow you’re so original by trying to come up with the most controversial scenes mixed in with art house bullshit! i had a visceral reaction to this; i understand “that’s the point” of the movie, but shock value isn’t equated to quality. i didn’t pay money to be traumatized by pointless and shitty storytelling. 0/5 stars

It didn’t matter if she did it or not, but rather how she dealt with the accusation that she did. I was moved by the character Daniel’s performance, for a child actor he carried so much depth and sadness. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Snoop the dog!
