The Phantom of the Opera 1925
SOOO unenjoyable. Watched with a live orchestra score and absolutely hated it. The phantom is just an old balding man with the intellect of a toddler, Christine is a helpless victim of her circumstances, and Raul is the main character (????? seriously, why is he the main character?) The ending is super unsatisfying, and feels so abrupt that people in the theater literally laughed when FINIS graced the screen.
