Super awesome mix of sci-fi and action with really cool practical effects. Although some of the romance stuff pissed me off a bit. It was done well, but Carmen breaking poor Rico's heart annoyed me.

Muppet Treasure Island 1996
I love love LOVE this movie!! It's funny, heartwarming, and features our Lord and Saviour Tim Curry. The songs are absolute bangers too!!! So many subtle jokes. Miss Piggy is freaking hilarious too.

Considering they tried to make an epic space-opera with a budget of about £2.50, this turned out remarkably well. I've seen this movie an absurd amount of times, but seeing it on the big screen was super special. The 4K restoration looks so good that it accidentally exposes some of the less impressive special effects. But who cares about that, this movie is awesome.
