At my old apartment I had cockroaches and I was very excited to learn that dish soap killed them instantly so I tried but then I saw its little body convulse then seize up and I started panicking and googled if they felt pain which they do so I felt extremely bad and upset because how am I supposed to inflict a torturous slow death onto a living creature but eventually I became desensitized and did what I had to do. Might’ve felt differently had they put on an acapella performance and danced for me though!
