Visually pleasing and entertaining but otherwise overhyped. Could've been shorter with a faster pace. Not a good movie to watch in the front row of a theater with just your dad and nobody else, so maybe I would've added half a star if I didn't have to deal with that.
Admittedly though, Nosferatu does set the bar a little too high. A grotesque ancient demon who wants to be one with the object of his affection in body and soul for all of eternity? SIGN ME UP. Only if he lays off on the cigarettes though because his voice was grating at times.

Heathers 1989
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Where the Wild Things Are 2009
Note to future self: do not watch while you're already feeling down about your crippling loneliness and unhealed childhood wounds unless you want your soul to be ripped out of your body again.

Ghost: Rite Here Rite Now 2024
This half-concert, half-narrative film perfectly captures the otherworldly feeling of seeing Ghost live for the first time. The soundtrack makes my soul dance in a way that no other ever has before. It breaks my heart to think about how this was Copia's last stage performance, but hey, nothing ever lasts forever, right? Here's to hoping that his successor will have a movie of his own and that it'll be just as good, if not better.
