the way this movie is structured is phenomenal and so creative. the use of the interview or “trial” as the central theme was such a clever way to tie together the moral dilemmas of oppenheimer’s work with the more objective events that took place prior to the bomb. this was also highlighted by contrast between the black-and-white and colour shots, a technique that i found to be a lot more effective than i had initially expected.
