  Shit so good made me make a letterboxd account just so I can gush about it.

  Princess Mononoke tells a simple, strikingly modern story with a classic Studio Ghibli twist. It deals with so many themes of love, the nature of man, and coming of age whilst also taking its time to develop all of them properly, never feeling rushed. The art direction is outstanding, and you truly feel every gruelling step the characters take through this mystical world. The conclusion to this journey is nothing short of perfection.
