I love how little they actually use the Winter Soldier. He’s not the big bad. He just shows up out of nowhere after enough has happened that you forget the movie is named after him.
Also, he may have been an evil mercenary, but I kinda feel bad for that dude who got absolutely thunder kicked off the side of the boat at the beginning. Good luck with that pal.
