Not as absurd as I was expecting after my first exposure to Dupieux being ‘Fumer fait tousser’. So this felt like a bit of a slow burn. HOWEVER je pensé que this is a simple but believable film. Never leaving the theatre and with the comedy is not overdone it was an easy but amusing watch. A subtle satire. Kinda cute at the end too :)
