Ngl jewel was terrible to blu in this film. Like she constantly pushed him into uncomfortably situations and then when it didn’t go well she blamed blu. Plus her entire tribe (especially her dad) ostracised him, like during the dancing scene the tribe kicks him out.
Blu wasn’t raised in this environment, he has no experience with dealing with other blue macaws apart from jewel and his family, and jewel never checks up on him.
Jewel also calls her dad ‘daddy’ which is gross.
