Wicked 2024
This was the first “adult book” I read as a kid so getting to see it on the big screen was a pleasure. Ariana’s (shockingly good) comedic timing + Cynthia’s anticipated vocals made for a good film that will definitely do numbers in the box office, but not a repeat watcher for me by any means.
The pacing was verrry up and down. One minute my eyelids are getting heavy, the next minute i’m seeing foreshadowing, easter eggs, call backs…
