I don’t think this will be one of my favorites of Miyazaki's- I found it to be much more disjointed than some of his other work, hoping from setting to setting in a way that didn’t have the same level of continuity as some of his other abstract titles like; howls moving castle, ponyo, or spirited away, but i think it neatly synthesized a lot of the major themes of his previous projects.
