  Man. This is just such a pretty movie. Pretty score, pretty sets, pretty shots. And Williams and Hoffman both do so good. Shame about Tinker Bell and Rufio’s death though. Brought the movie down a half star.

  Like, I didn’t hate it, but this movie’s existence is also kinda proof that we are too easily won over by things we recognize. This could have actually been a really deep meaningful film about how lonely people use an over investment in pop culture as a shield from living and not just a comfort or something that can be enjoyed both critically and sincerely without dominating a life. But instead the film doesn’t do that, rather going for scratching…
