  Admittedly, I’m not into body horror very much, but unfortunately my issues with the film go beyond that. No one in the film seems real, in ways I don’t think the film intended and for me, it made it hard to connect and care for our leads.   10/10, no notes. And speaking of notes, godDAMN these ladies can sing. Truly an impressive cinematic experience all-around. Exceeded all expectations I had. I guess I lied though, minor note: Spongebob kept taking me out whenever he was onscreen with Ariana, but that's not the movie's fault.

  This was everything I wanted it to be, and more. It is brutal, emotional, funny and, yes, scary. I love the new cast, and I love how the original cast is incorporated in this film. The opening scene is amazing. SCREAM pays homage to the films that came before it, while still being different enough to move the franchise forward. Plenty of twists in this one, and lots to be spoiled. I adore this movie, and want to see it over and over again.
