  Watched this on You Tube during a 24-hour window when TIFF made it available.

  Anybody with cursory knowledge on the film industry probably knows a fair amount of what's talked about here, although some of the statistics are mind blowing (as in, I figured some numbers would be low, but not THIS LOW). It's such a simple thing to course correct, yet it seems so difficult for the system in place to actually take that first step. Hopefully this short film will give some people a kick in the butt.

  First off, the beauty of a 70mm screening: none of those goddamn tv ads or that stupid, asinine Time Play game. That's all part of the digital packages attached to films. This being a film print, none of that garbage. Lights when out, WB logo popped up. Brilliant.

  This is a good movie. It really is a good movie. And yet, part of me walked away feeling it could have been so much better. Everyone and their dog will praise…
