Mystic River 2003
This is an intensly dramatic movie, but will not make you cry. It is just a feeling of anger and sadness for 2 hours, everything thanks to the performance of Sean Penn (Oscar). The plot is very predictable, taking away the element of mistery. However, the performance from the 3 main actors and their wifes is what transforms this mediocre mistery-drama, into an Oscar nomenee.
