Fallen Angels 1995
AHHHHH It felt like watching hundreds of different movies, but, it doesn't feel disjointed at all, rather, it's amazingly cohesive. All those little moments leading up to that finale felt rewarding. The Characters felt so real, na para bang ma-memeet ko sila pag tumambay ako sa cubao expo, each felt distinct and fleshed out kahit unti lang dialogs between the characters, na-fulfil naman ng monologs/narrations. The pacing is good too, di minadali, di rin bitin, nabigyan ng time bawat part to do their magic. The cinematography too, AMAZING! yun langs hehehe also Takeshi Kaneshiro pls a marry me!

Chungking Express 1994
Di masyado nagresonate yung first half sakin, nonetheless i enjoyed it lalo na't ang pogi ni takeshi. Definitely preferred the latter half, mas relatable siya and it's for the quirky girls na baliw sa crush nila. Overall, it's a fun film to watch pero feel ko it would be better with time, mas maeenjoy ko siya pag tumanda na ako ng unti.
