The Blair Witch Project 1999
Upgrading this from an 8 to a 9. Blair Witch Project holds up really well, far better than I thought it would. This, Cloverfield and Rec are like the unholy trinity of found footage horror.
If you’ve ever been in a vast forest, you’ll know how scary it can be. Personally, I find it to be one of the most unsettling and creepy horror films I’ve watched. Everything about it, the slow and gradual build up of tension through the weird happenings, the eerie setting in the bleak woods and of course the unseen terror that lets your mind do the rest. A classic.

I think this might be the last MCU film I watch. Like, Wakanda Forever, GotG 3 received a generally positive reception with many claiming it as Marvel's 'return to form'. Like Wakanda Forever, I do not understand the acclaim and regret somewhat buying into it and watching it.
