The entire second act was pure horror (disturbing). Writers should probably start coming up with new storylines instead of relying on sexual assault and revenge as plot points—it’s an easy technique to disturb the audience and keep them glued to the screen.

Kunchacko’s character was well-written with the necessary depth —dude kicks a woman in the stomach to check whether she is pregnant or not was one brutal way to introduce his violent nature, shaped by his past traumas.

The whole film feels like a trauma response, which makes it fairly engaging.

All the Vishal Bharadwaj Shakespeare tragedies are for pussy (rightful acts, though). Even I would go to any extent—wouldn’t mind wrecking my whole life to have Tabu. She looks dead gorgeous with blood splashed on her face.

Irfan conveys a thousand emotions with just his eyes—what a treat to watch!

If Shakespeare were alive, he would have wept in your arms. I love you, Vishal Bharadwaj—for eternity.
