This movie seems competently made but a peek underneath the surface leaves me very confused. The least charitable interpretation is that this is an incels wet dream. A film where the lesson is to never believe a woman no matter what she says. Women are manipulative and cruel. Empathy will only lead to a gun in your head or a knife in your chest.
