Villains 2019
I was not expecting much from this film, but it was actually pretty damn great! There’s a bit of everything in here; horror, comedy, gore, thrill, romance, etc. The acting is good too, and of course Bill Skarsgaard is as wonderful and as weird as ever. The casting in general is solid.

A pretty fun prequel to the original, this movie is entertaining. It definitely goes ways you don’t expect it to, even if you know Esther is diabolical! Evil shows up in many ways, in this story.

It's not a secret that I've been very excited about this film ever since it was announced, as I am a big fan of Rob Zombie's work and filmmaking. I very much enjoyed House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects, so I had high expectations for this movie.
The dialogues, the soundtrack, the shots and the directing was great and all the actors performed very well. A funny, violent and gory movie came out of it.

Good atmosphere, creepy nuns, great acting, jumpscares, gore, this movie has all of it!
The story itself is not anything revolutionary, but is quite good regardless. The first half is slower and the second is way more poignant, but it all is a slow descent to Hell.
