The Decline of Western Civilization Part III 1998
The lack of emphasis on the bands might push people away from watching the III, but nevertheless the focus on the gutterpunks makes this a solid trilogy closer.
It’s far more emotional, though sluggish at times compared to the previous two.The aspect I really couldn’t stand was how exploitative Penelope Spheeris acted in the interviews. Asking the victims for graphic details of the abuse they faced under their parents was a tad bit icky.
