Mickey 17 2025
“Our entire life is a punishment.”
Such a fun, creative, and entertaining film, Mickey 17 is a sci-fi comedy expertly written and directed by Bong Joon Ho.

Nickel Boys 2024
“Man, the law's one thing. You can march and wave signs around and change a law if you convince enough white people.”
It was fascinating to see Nickel Boys develop its story through such creative cinematography, using POV shots to better connect the audience with the characters.
The film tackles sensitive themes, but the direction presents them in a truthful and heartfelt manner, never feeling exploitative.
The younger cast delivers great performances, adding depth and authenticity to the film’s emotional weight.

The Heiress 1949
Olivia de Havilland shines as the protagonist in The Heiress, showing beautifully sorrow and innocence in Catherine's eyes, as well as anger and disillusionment.
I loved the script, it's so sharp and intelligent, especially in Dr. Austin Sloper's lines, while he praises Catherine at the same time he criticizes her, as well as in the subtly in Morris Townsend's lines.
The production design along with the score suit very well the tone and pace of the film.Translated from by -
Dune: Part Two 2024
“I am Paul Muad'Dib Atreides, Duke of Arrakis. The Hand of God be my witness, I am the Voice from the Outer World! I will lead you to paradise!”
The most impressive science-fiction film of the last years. Denis Villeneuve takes all the stepping stones from Part One and presents one of the most engaging, beautiful, and astonishing sequels ever.
It adapts the second half of Frank Herbert’s book wonderfully, and although it misses a few details here and there…
