Honestly might lower this to a 2.5 after more reflection.
Immediate thoughts: The film comes across as very zany with its punchlines/physical humor and Rob’s natural charm (he really got to show off his inner freak and got to have fun with it) and tries to be original.. but it gets increasingly unfocused and disappointing, especially toward the last 1/3 of the film.
