A Clockwork Orange 1971
Watched this movie after reading the book. The film itself remains a cultural staple, influencing much of the early punk scene from the Sex Pistols to even Bowie. As always with Kubrick the camera work, set design and use of music was masterful. Scenes such as the flatblock marina remain to be iconic due to the camera work, slow motion 'ultraviolence' and of course 'La Gazza Ladra' by Rossini.
