A depressing and heartbreaking exploration of the effects a child’s actions have on their parents, with phenomenal performances at its core. Stephen Graham, one of my favorite actors and one of the most underrated of this century in my opinion, gives an excruciatingly emotional performance and steals the show.

A pretty good Australian found-footage horror film, but it’s not without its flaws. The whole style is pretty cool and so is the editing, although it some times is a bit amateurish, and the score is fitting and pretty decent, except for a couple of scenes where it’s unfitting. Liked this way more on a second watch, and had a much easier time connecting to the story and getting into it. It’s a super depressing and gritty character study of a broken, unstable and mentally unwell man, Johnny, who’s played to perfection by David Thewlis, who's performance is one of the strongest and most convincing I’ve seen to date. He fully immerses himself in the role, and gives a terrifyingly raw and realistic performance. The film follows Johnny, who…

Moneyball follows the true story of Bean and DePodesta, who used data and analytics to create a winning Baseball team. I’ve never seen baseball in my life and I know basically nothing about the sport, but I still found the film to be super captivating, entertaining and easy to get into. Sure, there were some words I didn’t quite know what meant, but I was still able to understand everything going on. it’s great you can still enjoy it without…
